Healthy Eating Active Living (HEAL) Forum strengthens relationships across BSW region
The Barwon South West Public Health Unit (BSWPHU) Community Partnerships team recently invited partners working in health prevention and promotion across the Barwon South West (BSW) region to come together to share, listen, learn and connect.
The purpose of this was to strengthen relationships to enable better health and wellbeing outcomes for the BSW community.
43 people attended the event from 22 organisations across ten local government areas.
The forum asked attendees questions like:
- What future could we create together?
- What else is needed and what can we do differently?
- Our assets? What do we already have?
This feedback will help shape the future work of the Community Partnerships team and how they can help support communities to live healthier lives.
