Are you part of a community group or organisation wanting to seek government grants?

The Victorian Department of Health and the Barwon South West Public Health Unit invite members of community groups and organisations in the Barwon South West to attend a free workshop.

The workshop titled “Writing a Successful Victorian Government Grant” will be lead by key staff from the Grants and Partnerships team at the Department of Health.

The workshop will be offered in a face-to-face format in Geelong and also online for those attendees unable to attend in person.

• The key elements of a proposal
• Concepts & terms you need to know
• How to decide whether to submit a proposal
• What funders are looking for – how to address selection criteria
• A grant proposal exercise
• Monitoring and reporting writing
• Tips and suggestions
