Following the December 2024 Food Systems Strategy Forum, the BSW regional food systems partnership structure was created to support the health promotion and prevention workforce to strengthen regional food systems and healthy eating. The partnership structure includes a whole region network and two local area networks (Barwon and South West) to support place-based activity. The Community Partnerships team continue to provide support for place placed food systems work across the region. These groups are open to anyone supporting health promotion, primary prevention and community lead efforts to strengthen regional food systems and promote healthy eating with an aim to strengthen cross sector collaboration.

Please contact the community partnerships team at [email protected] to register your interest.
