Missed your flu shot?

The Barwon Health Staff Flu program has now ended.

As in previous years, the Department of Health mandates the flu vaccination for ALL staff who have contact with residents/consumers/patients. If you have missed the Barwon Health Staff Flu program, there are a few options to ensure you have your flu shot.
  • Make an appointment for a flu shot at StaffCare
  • Make an appointment at Barwon Health’s Vaccination Centre in Belmont on 4215 4444 or here
  • See your GP
  • See your local Pharmacy

Mandatory Vaccination of Healthcare Workers: If you are a Category A or B healthcare worker, it is mandatory to receive the flu vaccine or have a valid exemption. You can receive the vaccine at your workplace, at pharmacies, from your GP or at the Belmont Community Vaccination Centre. Check the mandatory classification here.
